While Chelsea’s Ashley Cole and Arsenal’s William Gallas continue to go on as though they’re religious martyrs, players like Fulham’s Jimmy Bullard show us that there are some players who actually enjoy playing football and don’t take themselves too seriously. Soccer AM love him, and with good reason.
Unfortunately, his bright start to the season has been wrecked by a rather disgusting knee injury against Newcastle, which luckily turned out to be a dislocated kneecap that will see Bullard return in a few months time.
