The Sun are making a bigger deal out of Andre Vasquez’s “Rabona” (cross-kick) goal than they should, first noting that Chelsea’s Joe Cole and Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo have performed the trick for Premiership clubs, and then asking if it is the Best Goal Ever. But while it certainly was a fine effort, the redtop is forgetting that the Blackburn midfielder David Dunn has long since delighted fans and pundits alike with his version of the Rabona – most notably with Birmingham.
