Spurs Board Identify Sevilla Coach To Replace Martin Jol?

The next few articles will be non-Spurs, we promise! But if you’ve already had enough, you may want to look away.

The Spurs Wonderkid from TottenhamMassive.com is reporting rumours that, following stories of a rift between Martin Jol and the club board, the powers that be have already put wheels in motion to replace the Dutchman with Sevilla coach Juande Ramos if the Derby match goes pear-shaped. Of course, this isn’t some knee-jerk reaction as last season there were already claims that Jol was forced to pick Dimitar Berbatov to play against Chelsea, despite leaving him out at first.

Ramos has led Sevilla to two consecutive UEFA cups, has them playing some of the best, most aggressive attacking football in all of Europe and is pretty much football’s new Jose Mourinho (Porto version, without the arrogance).

But we’d be very surprised if the club sacked Jol after spending yet another 40 million on players he wants, any new manager would have no transfer budget to work with and may not even want the new lads who have just arrived.

Then again, this is Spurs we’re talking about and they’ve had two good seasons. Bout time for a complete implosion.
