The goalkeeper yesterday headbutted a brick wall a dozen times, then opened his mouth and threw caution to the wind; after the Daily Mail deciphered the random splutterings, they claim he said that Aiden McGeady could be better than Ronaldo:

Surely not, Aiden McGeady – 21 year old Irish winger, better than self-love step over champion Christiano Ronaldo? Is it really sensible to praise this young lad so much, especially side by side with Ronaldo, next thing we know he will develop a penchant for gallons of hair gel and shagging Hollyoaks “stunnaz”.
