Alex McCleish has brought the scottish way to Birmingham - and Tottenham yet again flatter to deceive

    1. tottenham are not gonna finish in the top 4
    2. tottenham are not gonna overtake arsenal
    3. there is not gonna be a power shift in north london, even with a new “professor”

    1. Tottenham need to make serious plea to the FA/UEFA/FIFA to end matches on 80 minutes.

    2. Birmingham will continue to get smash-and-grab results like that throughout the season and will stay up

    3. Micheal Dawson is the poor mans Philip Senderos

    Tottenham are overhyped again
The problem was not Martin Jol
Ramos must be a very poor manager if he can’t beat a tinpot outfit like Birmingham City

Why the ref had to ask his fourth official about the red card when he was 5 yards away I don’t know! never a red! Why Uriah Rennie was smiling broadly when Birminham scored there third…. hang on I see a pattern here!

    1. Uriah Rennie has to be the centre of attention, even when he’s not on the pitch
    2. SkySports commentary was totally one-sided yet again
    3. Spurs need more cover in central defence.

    1. Players can get sent off for their momentum carrying them through a sucsessful challenge where neither get hurt.

    2. Other players can escape punishment after doing the same thing and injuring the other player so badly that they have to leave the game.

    3. This kind of rubbish can cost you a game.

1- Ramos might be a good manager, but plainly Jol was not the problem, the lack of cover in central defence and a good defensive midfielder was and still is; the man to blame for this is Commoli.
2- Keane played the ball so no way was it a red card. Inept refereeing decisions will continue to throw matches until video technology is introduced as in Rugby.
3- Spurs will not qualify for the UEFA cup with a top 7 finish and Berbatov will leave in January.

I think Spurs are cursed. Some of the goals scored against Spurs have been just amazing. Todays one, the one at Middlesborough, the Arsenal goals, Nani Man Utd goal, the goal from Blackburn. How many other teams have goals like this scored against them. It is almost like if you play Spurs - just take a shot (especially in injury time) and it likely to be a goal. It would be interesting to see how many candidates for goal of the week had Spurs as the opposition.
As for today 18 shots and only 2 goals. The game should have been over well before. Lets hope Bale is ok though

    1. Shots (on Goal) 19(9) 7(3). ROBINSON SAVED NOTHING

    2. Saves 0 4 . NO SAVES BY ROBINSON

    3. Final Result 2/3. Tottenham should sing a keeper

    1. Spurs have got the worst luck of any team in football history.

    2. Gooners should get a life and enjoy there football rather than slagging off spurs, who have clearly got to rebuild. Enjoy your success while it is here or you will become bitter like most spurs fans.

    3. Spurs need a real midfield that can absorb pressure and stop long shots in last seconds.

    1. This site can’t get its facts right as robinson pulled off a brilliant save in the last 5 mins

    2. The refereeing in the premiership is still persistantly poor as spurs didn’t deserve half of the decisions they deserved (I’m a spurs fan)

    3. We need to work on our finishing

Souk Souk must have missed the wicked save by Robinson in the final 5 minutes…

    1. England needs new referees
    2. I’m glad the Spurs don’t act like Chelski and attack the referee despite an obviously horrid call. Instead, they play on.
    3. That red card call was dispicable…

I agree. We are unlucky, but what can I say about Kaboul(sh*t). He’s is a liability to say the least. Ramos can’t stand him, but it’s him or the groundsman. We’ve played Zokora and Chimbonda and though out of position they have been far better. These are the players who should be on their bike in January:
    1)Kaboul (how much?)
2)Yippee Lee (did he ever make any attempt to stop a cross from coming in - in his entire life?)
    3) Rocha - what’s the point. He’s injured but how that happened I have no idea.
    4) King - he’ll come back walking on a false leg. Let’s cut our losses now.
Don’t get me wrong. Ramos has been decisive and contributed as much as could be expected. Huddlestone was better today, thanks to him. Let’s hope he get some money in January. He’ll spend it wisely.

    Spurs fan, dying slowly.

1 we will continue to lose games like this with the players we have we have no leader on the pitch
2 while the sending off was a wrong decision a very bad birmingham team had already come back from the dead with their second attack and second goal midfield and defence to blame again too many tackles missed and not defending as a team
3 berbatov is a liability at the moment when he receives the ball is passing is too slow in fact everything about his game at the moment is in slow motion missed game winning sitter and should have been stronger when giving ball away for winning goal

1 - Before Spurs play Chelsea there is the transfer window so Spurs might actually have manged to get hold of some central defence and midfield cover…
2 - Spurs are not the Citeh.
3- We might have a decent ref ? Come to think of it perhaps not - Mido got red carded last year for next to nothing…
4- Actually, despite the f’ups this season I don’t see us being remotely near the bottom end at the end of the season & who knows we might get to play you when your key central defender is out as well?

    2. Spurs fans never run out of excuses.
    3. A lot of highly-rated young French defenders turn out to be crap (Kaboul, Boumsong)

I’m not a Gooner, by the way. They’re not the only ones laughing at Spurs.

    1 larsson
    2 muamba
    3 djourou

1 Poor defending cost Spurs the game
    2. Berbatov hit the post in front of an empty which would’ve made it 3-1, he never looked up for the game anyway.
    3. To win games you have to Keep Right On Til The End Of The Road, keep right on to the end….

    1. A combination of being quite shit and ridiculously unlucky will fuck spurs over
    2. All the chatter about Defoe, Bent and Berbatov - Keane’s out best striker imo.
    3. That red card was truely, truely shocking and probably cost us the game.
