Jose Mourinho has shifted a little bit closer to the England job with The Sun claiming the Special One has said he’d quite fancy the England job and he most definitely isn’t using it as a bargaining chip for some swanky managerial job on the continent. Mourinho’s spokesman said:
“It would be an honour. He likes English soccer, the English people, the country, the players. It would be something he’d consider. But he’s not waving his hand in the air trying to get attention. If he’s approached, he’ll reply.”
And therein lies the problem, how do you attract the attention of the short-sighted duffers at the FA without bellowing and waving in their direction?
