“Agents working for Newcastle have arranged for him to fly to England and he has now become one of the front-runners for the St James’ Park job after Sam Allardyce’s sacking last week.
“Deschamps speaks very good English and is keen to get back into management.”
Although Deschamps boasts a rich cv in terms of playing and management, do Toon fans think that Deschamps is the man to bring glory to St James’ Park?
