Valencia set to sign Dica from Steaua Bucharest

Valencia manager Ronald Koeman is looking at foreign shores to make additions to his dilapidated team and according to Goal.com, the man whom the Spaniard call Tintin is almost assured of signing Nicolae Dica from Steaua Bucharest next week.

The deal is said to be worth €4.5 million and both the clubs have made the necessary agreement, according to latest reports. The player himself has always dreamt to play in La Liga and his agent too is quite buoyed abut the player’s chances.

Earlier this week, Dica said:

I wish to play in Spain, because I think that Primera Division is the perfect place for me. I hope I will end up playing for a Spanish team.

Football agent Tente Sanchez says:

I can tell you that Dica has an important offer from Spain, but i cannot give names at the moment. All I will say is that it is an important team.

Koeman is bent on lashing out money to stave the rot and climb up the places in the Spanish first division table. But how will he fit in the new players that he is stringing to his already exceptional but incoherent unit?
