Tottenham Hotspur brace yourself: here come Real Madrid with their white money! It is reported that the Spanish giants are planning to launch a massive bid for Spurs’ Bulgarian international striker Dimitar Berbatov in the summer.
Manchester United and Chelsea are the other two European giants whose names have been sallied into the hat for the highly rated striker who arrived to White Hart Lane at the start of last season from Bayer Leverkusen.
Berbatov has already made clear that he wants to play at a club that matches his lofty ambitions and Spurs are failing in his views. In all possibility, Spurs will have to wash their hands off the prized asset that is Dimitar Berbatov.
