Bolton will batter Atletico with some English elbows and Anglo-Saxon grit!

Bolton’s Ivan Campo, formerly of that little known club Real Madrid, has warned his opponents at the Reebok stadium tonight - Atletico Madrid - that they will have to fight for every ball. Campo reckons that European dilettantes Atletico will try and stroke the ball around, and if they do they will be in for a shock because Bolton have their elbows ready for a pugnacious, barnstorming, “up and at ‘em” performance of distilled English grit.
Campo roared:

‘In essence, Bolton are an old fashioned English team. We work as hard as we can, and we will try to make Atletico suffer.

‘Even if they do well in Bolton, we won’t give up in Madrid. We we fight all the way.

‘Atletico won’t find an inferno when they turn up at the Reebok. It isn’t that intimidating. But if we start well and score, then they will see an atmosphere.’

So will the clod hopping high octane Bolton approach be able to eclipse the technique and skill of Atletico?
