The Sun reports that AC Milan officials have met Chelsea representatives over a transfer negotiation pertaining to Chelsea’s Didier Drogba.
Earlier this season Drogba was quoted as saying that he would like to move to another club in the summer and this club is more likely than not to be AC Milan. The British tabloid reports that the Italian giants’ technical director Ariedo Braida met Drogba’s representatives in Milan on Wednesday.
The Sun quotes a source close to the player as saying:
Milan are crazy about Didier. There was a meeting in Milan this week and the Italians said Didier is their priority for this summer.
FC Barcelona too are touted to be potential Drogba suitors. But one thing is becoming more and more real: that Didier Drogba would leave Stamford Bridge in the summer.
