Teutonic moan-meister Jens Lehmann needs to hang up his gloves, everyone knows that he is in the twilight of his career and is obviously obsessed with playing as much as possible but his constant threats and moans need to stop. Calling a club’s bluff when you are a player at the peak of his abilites can sometimes be a good method of getting a slightly jucier new contract, but when you are a dogeared old keeper your petulant threats won’t scare anyone.
I sincerely hope Mad Jens isn’t given another contract.

Mad Jens he may be but even at his age he puts Coco to shame. Lets ship out all our keepers and purchase a decent one.
El Tel - alminia has been faultless this season. i wouldn’t be too worried about having him as number 1 for the following campain. sure, lets sign some wonder keeper - but all arsenal fans know this isn’t going to happen.
