Tottenham want £10m Chelsea man: Could Arsenal also be in the hunt?

It was bound to happen and its taken longer than I would have guessed, but it appears that a Chelsea player has had enough of all that benchwarming and wants out!

Ian Wright last night paved the way for his son Shaun Wright-Phillips to quit Chelsea by admitting the winger’s £21million move has been a disaster.
Since arriving at Stamford Bridge from Manchester City three years ago, the 5ft 6in wideman has struggled for form and regular first-team football.
Wright-Phillips has hit only four goals in 81 League games for Chelsea and was nowhere near the squad for the Champions League Final against Manchester United.
Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is ready to swoop with a £10million bid, while Spurs and Aston Villa are also interested. (Daily Mirror)

This story is somewhat contradicted by this one below:

There is no doubt that SWP is a skilful player who at 26 still has a great deal to offer, but given his inability to break into a regular starting slot at Stamford Bridge, it does seem he really should opt for a new challenge elsewhere. A while ago, it was rumoured that Arsenal were also interested and that would be an interesting move. There is of course a very real chance that Chelsea will refuse to sell to one of their leading rivals. Either way, 10m seems like a fair price for the winger, would Arsenal or Spurs fans be interested in such a move?
