Like a couple of little kids fighting over a new toy, Arsène Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson are both determined to be the first to land the signature of Blackburn’s wantaway striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The Daily Mirror reports that while Sir Alex might have the trophies, he apparently doesn’t have that French accent that Roque seems to enjoy ever so much! And because of it, Arsenal look like they’ll be able to get to the Paraguyan ace before United has a chance to counter the offer.
