This Everton target would be a barnstorming midfield presence!
by Dexter on June 17th, 2008 This rumour has been swirling for a while, but with David Moyes looking to strengthen his very shallow midfield options, he’ll have to get cracking soon.
Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard could be making his way up to Merseyside, with the Moyesiah sniffing around the high-octane midfielder. Bullard - who was basically a brand new signing for the Cottagers when he came back from his gammy knee problem this season - would make a great addition to the Toffees midfield, especially as they had a mini-baldie exodus with Lee Carsley toddling off to Birmingham for his swansong and Thomas Gravesen being sent back to Celtic for being a shadow of his former self.
Hodgson wants to keep Jimmy Bullard, but the midfield player could be tempted by a move to Everton, where he would be guaranteed Uefa Cup football next season. (The Times)
So will Moyes swoop for Bullard, and would he be a big miss for Fulham?

I am so bored with rumours. Moyes will pick up 5-6 players this summer. 4 of them will rock, 2 will be duffers. We’ve been linked with more players than ever this summer and most of them are jokes. I look forward to next season and seeing the team list then. I’m taking this summer off from daft rumours, near misses and Tottenham sinking another £100m in to a hole…

Yeah, wow, Champions league football with ‘Jimmy Bullard.’ Another dumbass rumour for a very average player. Moyes is not that backwards and unambitious. Let’s move on.

Whats the future hold for Fernandez? Is Moyes bringing him back?

Steady on now!! Right, we agree that Jimmy Bullard is no world beater, however he would be a very good addition to our squad. When Arteta was out and Pienaar was clearly struggling with fitness we had no creativity. Also, when is the last time we scored directly from a free kick? Bullard could give us 2 years good service and play games before and after europe and cup games where the top top players need a rest.

hey, calm down u guys. moyes know what he is doing. although bullard is average but he is superb in free kicks and this has save fulham from relegation and might bring us to the top 4. It is just like what Daz said when is the last time we score forom a free kick, bulard will save the day yet again.
And fernandes most probably coming back…i just hope everton can get huddlestone, joao moutinho and michael johnson. this 3 are the main midfielders of everton in the future after cahill and arteta.
