According to this report, the next Cesc Fabregas may already have signed on the dotted line at the Emirates…

ARSENAL are reported to have wrapped up the signing of exciting Dutch prospect Oguzhan Ozyakup, writes Sam Lom-Bor.
An agreement is thought to have been reached between the Gunners and Dutch outfit AZ Alkmaar for the youngsters services, who starred for the Holland U17 team at the recent U17 European Championships.
Ozyakup is only 15, and so has been signed on a free transfer by Arsenal, due to Dutch rules that dictate that a young player cannot sign as a professional until he is 17 years-old.
The creative centre midfielder is thought to have agreed a two-year scholarship deal, although will not link up with Arsenal until September when he turns 16. It is then thought he will feature for the clubs’ U18 squad next season. (East London and West Essex Guardian)

Apparently, the fifteen-year-old is one hell of a talent, and some have valued him in the £10m bracket, so it’s just as well that Arsenal can get him for free. Ozyakup was being tracked by a wealth of other clubs, including Premier League sides Chelsea and Manchester United, but as with Aaron Ramsey, Wenger’s reputation for getting the most out of his young charges has helped the club to yet more quality for the future.

Are Arsenal fans excited by yet another young talent or would they rather they went out and bought big name players who have already established themselves in the footballing world?
