Arsene Wenger will not be happy that two of his startling line-up have decided to pack their bags and head for the Nou Camp. However, the Arsenal boss dealt with the situation admirably. I think the French genius knows that when a player makes it clear he wants to leave, whether its in the pursuit of more cash or otherwise, then it’s best to just get the best price for the player rather than trying to persuade them to stay.
Wenger knows that the club is bigger than any one player and the Gunners will be a better place for it. What’s more, the cash offered for these two is pretty generous and can be handily used in the transfer market. What do Arsenal fans think about these exits?
