Euro 2008 has brought to the fore many talents that are now sought-after properties, and this one is very high up on Rafa’s wishlist!

DUTCH forward Rafael van der Vaart will trigger a £15million scrap for his services between Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Anfield boss Rafa Benitez is the latest to show interest in the 25-year-old playmaker.
Megabucks Chelsea are already on his trail.
And United will turn their attention to Van der Vaart if Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Old Trafford for Real Madrid.
The Hamburg star’s versatility makes him an attractive recruit for Benitez, who is desperate to fill the No 7 shirt vacated by Harry Kewell.
Financial constraints will dictate whether Liverpool can seriously compete with United and Chelsea for the player.
Valencia’s David Silva and Middlesbrough’s Stewart Downing are other striking options being eyed by Benitez. (News of the World)

When the Dutch were overrun last night by the skill and might of the Russians, possibly the one shining light for Marco Van Basten’s side was the fantastic dead-ball delivery of Rafael Van der Vaart. Rafael does of course have a great deal to offer as well as his free-kick taking, and Martin Jol knows he will have a battle on to keep the 25-year-old at SV Hamburg. Do Liverpool fans fancy van der Vaart ahead of the likes of David Silva and Downing?
