Spurs pair in £15m super-swap: Ramos would lose out in this deal!

New Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince is interested in two Tottenham players and they could well form part of a swap deal that would see David Bentley move the other direction, but surely Juande is on the losing end of this deal?
David Bentley is moving closer to a £15m move to Spurs after new Blackburn boss Paul Ince indicated he could agree a part-exchange deal involving Aaron Lennon. Ince is also eyeing striker Darren Bent - still an £8m target for Sunderland. (The Observer)
I don’t see this deal as being much of a fair swap. Whilst both Aaron and Darren didn’t have the best of seasons, Lennon has a great deal of potential and is on his day one a feared winger. Bent too has a great deal to offer, albeit his future may lie away from WHL he is surely better than just a makeweight in any deal. Do Spurs fans think that JR should reconsider this potential swap? Should Lennon and/or Bent stay at the club?

Why is Bentley rated around the same price as Barry? Bentley at 15m is far too overpriced. Losing that much value to get him would be a mistake I think. Get Capel dont worry about Bentley.

What a load of flannel, bentley medical already done, apparently on the 24th of last month!? Spurs coming out today saying lennon is staying so it might be Bent is going the other way, or just a smoke screen, i think Bent fits in with Ramoses system and Lennon does too! This is just the new manger trying not to loose face too quickly by loosing one of his best players!

Only chatter i have heard is Bent going nowhere but Berba could be off for £26m to Manure (HOPE NOT !!!) . Also we are ready to go to court over Capel as Sevilla arguement about his buy out clause contravenes human rights etc….

bentley nowhere near worth his valuation, hes not proved anything at all. hence the reason arsenal bunged him off hey. whats that 15mill for just because hes got an england cap ha ha shouldnt of even of got that

If this deal does go through then i would expect blackburn to give us 5 mil plus bentley for lennon and bent.

Why pay that much for him, and getting rid of Lennon and Bent! Lennon is only 20, I’m sure he can perform, when he gets to about Bentleys age then he’ll be much better.
Ramos best not get rid of our good English talent!
