Brad Friedel is a good pair of hands but at 37 a bit of a risk. I was always a fan of Sorenson. Why do we have to keep losing our best players when we are doing so well in the league? It’s goalscorers we need. Splash out and spend some cash – it will be returned within two years.

Gibbons – I dont even think Fergusson would pay 25 m for Buffon. But maybe you’re right – he’s worth more than 8, but maybe you’d get him for 15. depends how many years you would get out of him as he’s 30. But look at Friedel.
