Who is the ONE worst player at Spurs?

We here at COS (caughtoffside to the uninitiated) are looking to find the worst player in the Premier League. It’s easy to find the best players, but try to single out the lowest of the low - that one player who really just doesn’t belong and appears to be a member of your squad because he holds some incriminating evidence concerning your club’s boss.
Don’t forget to check out Online Football Manager!
So we need first to find the ONE worst player at each club, then we can find the final 20 and make a poll, to get you all giddy with excitement.
So it’s your job to think about those on your club’s books who simply shouldn’t be paid to play football! Then you need to narrow down that list and find the ONE player who stands out, and we will tally the most votes and that ONE player becomes the player from your team that goes forward to the poll of all polls!
So all you have to do is enter the name of your chosen player and perhaps the reasons why you have selected him. You can have a laugh with your fellow supporters by naming and shaming the worst of the lot and seeing if your selection is generally accepted by your fellow supporters!

How can you guys name zokora as the the worst player, are you blind or just plain idiots?
Zokora is by far the most versitile player in the squad, capable playing all over the back four and midfield. He has great pace, is an exellent tackler and a good eye for reading the play. And he was instrumental when we took home the carling cup, he compleatly locked down chelski’s midfield. Sure he is not the most spectacular player concerning goal’s and assist’s but we can not have a team full of lennon anbd dos santos like players. Open your eyes and se the quality of zokora! No real ‘bad’ players. Gardner (capped by england!), Prince Boateng (good youngster out of depth and out of confidence), Ghaly (good player bad bad attitude), Jenas (misunderstood), YP Lee (good player limited ability) have all been mentioned but are not truly bad.
The worst player in my humble opinion is Rocha. Thats despite the lad being a full international and Champions League winner!! A bit harsh maybe.

It was Chimbonda (Always missing on the back post at set plays, cost up loads of goals last season, Current player I would say it is Lennon on current form, fast but with no purpose or end result.

well kean wanted 2 leave us, berbatov is lazzy, malbronks gone, zakora and jenas missed a penaltie at uefa cup, lennon cant cross to save is life, young poy lees go and wot can i say hes just s**t,ledlykings always injured, woodgate looks like a girl and dawson an kaboul just let strikers past and score, chimbonda cant stay in position he always attaks and leaves the deffence open for strikers and then robinson is fat and cant save a goal or dive for his live. so i think the worst players got to be zokora because he cant keep the ball down, did u see his shot yesterday straigh out the stadium lol just like his penalty at uefa cup last year. it was like he was playin cricket….. and hits it for a 6.lol

He’s useless. Can’t tackle, greedy, *tries to rugby tackle players*, no end product, a red card waiting to happen, sloppy…
How he ever got voted Germany Young Player of the Year, I’ll never know.
Gardner is average. Stalteri is average. Zokora looks a lot better at right back. Ghaly was hot and cold. Lee was surprisingly handy in defence. None of them were as awful as KP Boateng.

Can’t believe so many of you are saying Zokora, Some dimwit even mentioned O’hara!!!!!!! Zokora, goal scoring apart is a decent player, versatile, has played midfield, centre half and Rb and done a good job in each position, and as for Jamie O’hara, players like him are the future of the club. Rocha and Gardner are by far the worse!!!! difficult to choose between them, but Gardner scares me when he plays, never know what he’s going to do! Rocha is poor but dont think I’ve seen him play more than once!!!!!!!!

Not saying he’s the worst, but Alan Hutton is so overrated! He’s bascially just a slightly taller version of Stephen Carr, don’t get me wrong i loved Carr at one point…when he was worthy of the shirt, but for our standards now…!

It has to be either stalteri, lee of Gardner! All of them are horrifyingly shit! Rocha can head a ball and has not really been given a chance, although I wouldn’t mind seeing the back of him, jenas is also shocking but incomparable to stalteri , lee or Gardner!

Have to say, anyone who believes Jenas is the worst player has never played football and certainly doesn’t understand the game. He has pace, vision, great fitness and a good shot. He may sometimes give the ball away but that is purely a confidence issue. You will see this season just how good Jenas can be.

on a ratio of shitness vs. amount of time spent on pitch its got to be zakora. all the other shit ones being suggested here (stalteri, boateng, rocha, lee) are worse players but are given a suitably small amount of time on the pitch. zakora plays every week!! a don’t mind him playing as cover in defence but he should be banned from the midfield.

Worst player at Spurs - us the supporters - we are constantly on their backs and always seem to have it in for the likes of Jenas, Zakora, Stalteri, Lee, Rocha, KPB etc.. It is not their fault that they are not up to the standard needed of a top four team! We need to encourage them just as we would encourage our kids (unconditional support) and leave the rest to Ramos.

Jenas became good when Ramos arrived…so get off his back. Zokora has been playing terrificly during pre-season and the odd game last season…wouldn´t be surprised if they played a lot next season (and did well!)

O’hara may not be the most skillfull player ever to grace WHL, but under 21’s caps, premier league games, north london derby’s and much more to come this year, show he’s growing with experience and therefore he will be someone for our future. I wasn’t saying all Spurs hopes rests on his shoulders, but give the lad a chance, to show what he can do. Giving the ball away I saw you mention, Lennon does this repeatedly, including slicing the ball behind, giving possession back to the oppo, but I dont see you slagging him off. I personally like the fact, like Jol before him, that Juande is giving a chance to young british talent.
