Arsenal will finish top of the league, will win the FA cup and will finish up European champians in other words they will do the treble . HOW ABOUT THAT FOR BEING POSITIVE. To be negative is not the true Arsenal spirit. We have the stadium, we have the manager, we have the players, lets make sure we have true Arsenal supporters. And by the way I dont live in cloud cuckoo land.

yes you do. Arsenal will finish 5th, behind Man Utd, Chelski, Liverpool and Everton. They need to lose Wenger, they have young squad but the wrong man in charge, theyve won nothing in years, they need a new, fresh face that will inspire and motivate Arsenals great side.

Behind Everton, the bin dippers poor relations??? You must have blown your Giro on crack or something mate…………..
Declan - August 12th, 2008 at 3:21 pm
Arsenal will finish 1st and will also win the FA cup Carling cup Champions league and The Community shield
mkdon - August 12th, 2008 at 3:24 pm
Still don’t see you denying the rest, maybe Everton was an exaggeration but you have to face the facts. You need to start winning, something needs to change.

4 points of the title last season, stronger players, with one more years experience this time round………..we can challenge for the title and cups next season! Only a fool would write us off.

dont get me wrong i am a fan of arsenals style and i believe they played the best football in the PL last season but i think wenger looks tired and almost bored. Do you not think wenger has slighlty overstayed his welcome?
LondonGooner - August 12th, 2008 at 3:39 pm
Not in the slightest mate…….He has only just started with this new team and to say he looks tired, lol, he ha slooked the same since he joined us! The man sleeps about 3 hours a night and spends the rest of his time watching football from around the globe! I think the team we have now has the makings of being our best squad since he bacame manager.

Anyone can make the signings and im sure he’s not got alot to do with with youth team (even though he likes to pretend he does) people reading might think i hate Arsenal I DONT. I just think wenger has run out of ideas and i think someone younger, with something to prove might be a suitable replacement, (like wenger wen he started).
LondonGooner - August 12th, 2008 at 3:50 pm
Wenger is the one that implemented the current youth set up, chose the trainers and coaches and also has a say in who stays and who doesn’t through out all age groups at our cluib, he is in total control mkdon. All Arsenal fans want him to stay and manage us for a long time to come.
mkdon - August 12th, 2008 at 3:54 pm
Ok, if you say so, but how long do you gunners want to wate before he comes up with the goods. Arsenal fans need to realise he’s not the manager he was wen u won the PL. He’s past it for me, he should retire on a reasonable high and pass the torch on to someone else, become a consultant or director at AFC.
LondonGooner - August 12th, 2008 at 3:56 pm
Sorry mate, as someone who follows the club as closely as I do, i cannot agree with that sentiment. Although you are entitled to your opinion as is everyone, it’d be a bit boring otherwise eh?
mkdon - August 12th, 2008 at 4:07 pm
Definately, anyway it is a laugh seeing the top flight managers havin a bust-up, but i still think arsenal football club shud consider it.
Simmeister - August 12th, 2008 at 4:11 pm
Arsenal will finish 1st and at the same time do the treble!
gooner1 - August 12th, 2008 at 6:40 pm
Our season will be determined by our injuries and suspensions, if key players are injured (Cesc, Gallas, Sagna or Clichy) or drop in form we will finish outside the top 4, as for the domestic cups, well we never field a full team just kids and they will be in the first team squad, so not much hope in that direction.
I have always had confidence in Le Boss in the past, but the Prof is out to prove a point that you can win trophies without spending big. Will this work?, I hope so but I think not. Time will tell us if he is correct, if he is not it will be a sad end, I hope and pray that I am wrong.
This is the first season i 30 years that I will go to my seat with no confidence as to the outcome. We will see?

Arsenal will finish the season in _____1st_____ place in the Premier League. They will also take home ____3____ pieces of silverware this season.
4tune emeka - August 16th, 2008 at 9:30 am
Lets be sincere.theres no way were gonna win d carling cup this season. wengers carling cups team is going to b full of kids but 1 year more experienced than last. I know for sure that we are winning the premier league. Life is about determination and not depth or cardiff wouldnt have reached fa cup finals. wen u lose just 3 games(last season) and find that d mistake is drawing 11, youll know what exactly to do. we just need yaya and i’m sure of the pl. as for the others, time will tell.
4tune emeka - August 16th, 2008 at 9:42 am
two years ago, we finished 4th due to grotesque inexperience. A year ago, we finished 3rd plus about 17 points higher than last season. a new season wit the engine still intact(fabregas, clichy, sagna and ade), arsenal is gonna rise to the top and stay there.this season, were losing just 2(to manu and chelsea away) and since the squad has learnt, were drawing no more than five(mark my words). All we need: good backups like annan, giovinco, etc incase injury comes knocking. Chelsea dont know that old men are more liable to catch injuries.
