Liverpool supporters know where Fernando Torres currently stands on their list of current Kop idols - and for most that’s probably near the top of the list. After saving their blushes for the umpteenth time with an 83rd-minute laser goal against Sunderland, many have to be wondering just where Liverpool would be without their No.9. Would they still be a top-four contender? Or would they only just be scraping into the UEFA Cup?
