West Ham United fans come up with inspired TRIBUTE plan! Sign the petition

In light of recent events concerning the former sponsors of West Ham, XL, Hammers fans have come up with an idea that seems like a perfect way to honour a true legend of the game and raise awareness and funds for a very worthy charity.

Mark Bobby Moore’s 50th anniversary by putting him on every team shirt, demand West Ham fans.
Fans have set up an online petition calling for West Ham to give their vacant shirt sponsorship deal, following the demise of XL, to the Bobby Moore Foundation.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Moore’s debut for the club, who have already retired the No.6 shirt in his honour. (Daily Mail)

This seems like a win-win thing and definitely something the club should be looking into. Bobby Moore symbolised everything that is great about football and his tragic passing 15 years ago was a truly sad day for all fans of the game. So I urge anyone who hasn’t already done so to sign the petition, simply click here to do so.
