Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez is reported to be eager to land Tottenham Hotspur’s highly-rated Wales left back Gareth Bale in January – for £15 million.
The Anfield side are looking to add depth to their squad in mid-season and are likely to go player-shopping inthe new year. They have a number of players on their radar and the versatile Bale has recently appeared on their wish list.
After being linked with a move to sign Aaron Lennon in the summer, it seems Liverpool are planning to paint Spurs red in January!
