This West Ham star is apparently being courted by Juande Ramos, as the north London outfit look to take advantage of the fact that the Upton Park outfit may need funds to cover probable losses in the battle with Sheffield United, surrounding the Carlos Tevez affair.

Tottenham are considering a £7million move for rising Hammers star Mark Noble, according to internet reports.
The West Ham midfielder is beginning to make a name for himself alongside Scott Parker in the Premier League and is reportedly catching the eye of Spurs’ scouts, if football site TribalFootball is to be believed.
It has been suggested that the White Hart Lane outfit will test the Irons’ will with a bid of around £7million as they look to bolster their midfield. (Thisislocallondon.co.uk)

Mark Noble is a very decent midfielder who has been linked with a move away from Upton Park for the past year or so, with the likes of Arsenal also apparently interested in the England Under-21 international, who has impressed greatly since breaking into the first team. Gianfranco Zola may well have to consider such West Ham sales, if they are indeed in need of the £30m claimed by Sheffield United.

Given the midfield failings at White Hart Lane (most notably by the inept JJ), this rumour is no big surprise, but could it happen? Would Tottenham fans welcome a move for one of their arch-rivals’ most prized possessions?
