Arsenal and Manchester City are following Saint-Etienne fullback Mahamadou Dabo.
Dabo was watched by Gunners scouts on Sunday in action against Monaco, while City have been keeping tabs on the youngster this season. (tribalfootball.com)
The 21-year-old Senegalese-born right back has been a fixture in the French Under-21 set up over the past couple of years, and helped his Saint Etienne side to a respectable 5th place in Ligue 1 last season. He is said to be admired by Arsene Wenger and, whilst it’s hard to keep track of just how many young French stars the Gunners boss is supposedly keen on snaring, this £6m-rated player does have potential to do well.
However, he would have a hard time pushing into the first team at the Emirates, considering the player he succeeded in the Under-21 side, Bacary Sagna, continues to impress at the club. Do Arsenal fans think the club are in need of cover for their full-back positions? Could it be that Manchester City are in more pressing need of Dabo?

good news i hope it goes thru.. our defence is our only worry this season. going forward we r the best attacking team in the world. but defensively we lack strength.. in depth and on physical side.
