Arsene Wenger has oodles of top young talent at the club, and it appears that three of them may well be on their way to Nottingham Forest on a permanent basis.

Nottingham Forest have had a trio of Arsenal youngsters, James Dunne, Abu Ogogo and Paul Rodgers, on loan with the club for two weeks and are set to give a verdict as to whether they have done enough to earn permanent deals.

All three have played in two reserve games against Shrewsbury and Lincoln for Forest, and now manager Colin Calderwood will decide whether they have done enough to impress him.

Forest are currently bottom of the Championship five points from safety after collecting only five points from their opening ten games. However, Calderwood inisists he has no plans to change the team’s style of play and has been happy with the performances to date. (goal.com)

None of these three reserve-team players have had much of a look in at the Emirates, and that’s no surprise given the raft of superb talent in the pecking order ahead of them. A move to Forest would be a good one, and it is now in Calderwood’s hands as he considers his options as his side struggle at the wrong end of the table. This a situation that apparently could well cost the Scot his job, which would be harsh seeing as he got them promoted in the first place.

Which youngsters at Arsenal most impress that Gunners fans, which ones are most likely to make it to the very top?
