Liverpool in £12m swap deal that could be a VERY GOOD deal!
by Mr Comfort on October 14th, 2008This source suggests that the Anfield outfit are about to be approached by this Serie A side as they look to bolster their back line.
AC Milan are ready to setup a January swap offer for Liverpool defender Dan Agger.
Corriere dello Sport says Milan are desperate to land a new centre-half over injury concerns for Alessandro Nesta and on-loan Arsenal defender Philippe Senderos.
Milan are ready to offer midfielder Yoann Gourcuff, on-loan from Bordeaux, to Liverpool in exchange for Denmark international Agger. (tribalfootball.com)
Rafa could well consider this to be a very tasty swap deal as 21 year old Gourcuff has the potential to be a very good midfielder after a few years bedding in at AC Milan a lot is expected of the French international. With Skrtel out Rafa could decide to opt for the ever reliable Sami Hyppia at the back until the Slovakian recovers from his injury and that could well leave Benitez able to offload Agger, who is a good player but seemingly one that the Spaniard has opted to leave on the bench this term. Other reports suggest that AC could just come in with a cash deal for the Danish centre back but I believe this swap would make more sense for the Merseysiders. Would Liverpool fans prefer the cash a swap deal or to hold onto Daniel Agger?

You write absoloute shite!!!! You have no evidence to back up any of the stories you make up in that weak mind of yours to excite any idiot who believes it. Any true Liverpool supporter knows Rafa rates Agger in high regards after he came out and said he wouldn’t be sold to Real Madrid. Then the player himself came out and said he wanted to fight for his place in the team. Skrtel then got injured so why would Rafa swap Agger an ideal replacement for Skrtel for another Midfielder when we have enough already. Can’t wait for you next pile of shit!
'NANDO! - October 14th, 2008 at 7:43 pm
nonsense..Agger should stay we already have enough midfield talent, we need to get wingers! Although, I would consider a swap deal with AC if Nesta was part of the deal…though, even that would be a risk cause even he’s coming to the end of his career. No, just wingers please…and get rid of voronin, pennant, benyoun and sell Kuyt whist hes still worth something half decent and use all the money to buy David Villa + and a right winger.
HAHAHAHA ! - October 14th, 2008 at 7:55 pm
FERNANDO - You’re not wrong there mate. Made me laugh this item.

Nup, bugger that,
we struggled last year when skrtel wasnt there and hypia had to step in.
Havn Agger, Skrtel, n Carra is some defence
None of the big 4 have three centre backs of that quality.
Think we shuda gone for SWP to b honest.
If there is any truth in Cavenaghi i wud c that as a gud deal, seen him 4 or 5 times for Bordeux n once for tina n he looks excelent, very gud work rate

Mr Comfort have read some rubbish from you but this is good.Tell me how can a club sell a player who is on loan from another club or did you forget this even though you wrote it in your article?

If Rafa was to do this It would be time for Rafa to walk on…..Sami one more year,Carra two/three more years Agger is the future

I feel we lost out on the league early last season because of aggers injury…hyypia was just not good enough he’s good as the 4th choice but its pretty clear that his best days are behind him…he’s been an excellent asset for us and i hope he continues on at LFC as a coach after his retirement..Agger has a big big future ahead of him….i feel carra will run out of steam soon in a few seasons…so for the long term agger n skrtel could have an excellent partnership…i actually rate agger higher than skrtel too honestly

well I never - October 15th, 2008 at 12:25 pm
I have read any response to the feedback given to Mr Comfort… who, most of correctly point out every day, is full of hard white dog shit! I always click the link and bang here we are in fairy land, where stories aren’t troubled by facts and silly truths… I really wouldn’t click a link knowing it was COS page. So come on Mr Comfort explain how AC plan to sell a loaned player, cos if they can I am well selling my house/TV/washing machine..? la la la

Dean your wrong mate, Gourcoff is owned by AC Milan so they can do with him as they please. Also i am constantly surprised by some of you idiots. You continually say “Mr Comfort your talking rubbish why did you make this up?” can you not read that each of these pieces are sourced? so if you have a problem with the piece then i would question the likes of Daily Mail etc in the first place. Yes the headlines are a little over the top but every one of these pieces is sourced, so not made up, not by this author at least.

tom hallahan - October 15th, 2008 at 3:39 pm
if hes only at Milan on loan - then surely they can’t swap the player. He’s Bordeaux’s player so theres no deal with Milan
Fernando - October 15th, 2008 at 3:56 pm
ur a retard, how is this a good deal 4 liverpool u idiot
ivan - October 16th, 2008 at 5:51 pm
-i think the deal would be good for Liverpool if milan gives us Kaka or Borriello, not Gorcouff…
And, with 12m, today it is difficult to replace a player like Agger, considering milan wanted the same money for Kaladze 2 years ago….
