Former Spurs boss Martin Jol is at it again, this time bashing current coach Juande Ramos for his poor summer signings. He believes the club was better when he was on the sidelines!

Ex Tottenham boss Martin Jol has claimed Spurs have gone backwards since they sacked him a year ago.

Spurs are bottom of the Premier League with just two points from seven games and Jol hinted that his successor, Juande Ramos, had made mistakes in the transfer market since winning the Carling Cup in February.

Jol led Spurs to top-five finishes in 2006 and 2007 but was dismissed after Spurs took seven points from their first 10 matches last term.

His new club, Hamburg, top the Bundesliga and at a press conference today Jol said: ‘Spurs have a worse situation now than last year, even though they now have stars like Jonathan Woodgate and Gareth Bale in defence. (Daily Mail)

Jol blasted Ramos a couple weeks ago for his style of play, and has now gone to turning the knife even further by launching more useless claims in the direction of his former club.

What do Spurs supporters think about his comments? Would you rather have Ramos or Jol at the club right now?
