Spurs fans: Please explain WHY Ramos should still be in a job in SIX WORDS!
by Mr Comfort on October 20th, 2008Long-winded people are boring, and writing full sentences is for chumps. So instead you have just SIX words. Sound easy? Good for you.
Its been a horrendous start to the season but Juande Ramos still has a job, why? Now is your chance to sum up just why the Spaniard still gets paid as Tottenham boss. Maybe you feel he deserves more time, or that he is simply not the reason for the failings, or perhaps it would prove too costly to axe him?
You could probably write an essay about this. Well tough, you only have SIX WORDS! Concise and creative, or just plain hilarious, it’s up to you now so leave your masterpiece in the comments.

Levy is responcible for position in P/league.
I go to bed every night hoping when I wake up Levy & Gordon Brown are on Mars with no spaceship to come back.
Don’t kid yourself both of them are the reason we are in the positions we are in at present.

its funny how there is always a gooner around during a debate regarding spurs, i believe, gooner mike is a 18 stone fat ball off dry oil, with a greased up mouse on a cheap laptop…. do you all agree? i think ramos should demand all are players get skin heads and remove the pretty boy attitude going through the club, lennon should stop running around like a bitch and bently should not worrie about getting mud on his shirt or messing up his hair, even bale should sort it out to, i mean whats with the hair clip? bent is just a sad player, im saying i am a spurs fan and have been all my life but the identity off the team needs to be dealt with in a more manly way, the players should go do 2weeks in afganistan, Ramos is clearly the man as far as im concerned, how can a manager be crap especially with the rep he came with, how can one manage a team when there is no team to manage, its down to comoli and levy,,,, are biggest problems started when we sold carrick we never replace when we sell hence the problem we have today, i say again its not ramos, but you know that dont you?

I can’t see a way out for us now and think we will be playing Championship football next season, I don’t blame Ramos he is only working with what he has got - a totally unbalanced team. They look poor all over the pitch. Think the only thing we can do is bring in a new manager ie Sam Allardyce or ideally Harry Redknapp to try and boost confidence and steady the ship till Jan window, where I hope we will sign some tuff players with some balls and the mental strength required to grind some results out and avoid relegation. Oh well at least it’ll give the season some meaning and be more exciting than another mid table finish.

In a lot more words than six………..We are in total freefall…We sell Defoe,Keane and Berbatov, our guarentee for 40+ goals every season…….And we are left with sacks of money and only Bent, who would not fetch half of what we paid for him as long as he has a hole in his arse……And I’f we are VERY VERY lucky and he played out of his skin, could possible bag a dozen goals this term. As for Pavlychenko…..It’s already been established that he is a ringer for Bent in his style…..minus of course the ability to deal with the physical element of the defensive lines of the EPL, So basicially we are fucked. The Fact the world and it’s mother knew that Berbatov was leaving last year, so why leave it to the dying hours of the transfer window to look for a replacement? The record books do not lie….And the painfully unshakeable fact that this is our worse start in our 125 year history is frightening. Only two seasons ago we were knocking on the CL door with back to back Top 5 finishes. We were even seen by the media and most pundits as the team most likely to gatecrash the Top 4….All that seems light years away now and will remain a testement of just how good BMJ was, and still is…….LOOK AT HIM NOW,,,,A tragedy in my eyes, a loss we are only now beginning to calculate. Hindsight is’nt such a wonderful thing. So WHAT is the answer? It’s this simple…..Commolli must go now, Ramos, in my opinion should’nt be there in the first place, but we should’nt just sack him. We have to begin to steady the ship and start to fight for results, where ever, whenever we can get them. These are very worrying times and we are a hell of a long way from the January window. We are simple in a battle for survival now…And who’s to say that, come January, any player worth anything would want Spurs or find a stuggling team a promising move.We my fellow Yids are in shit street, up the fuckin’ creek without a paddle and the laughing stock of the EPL….WE ARE A FUCKIN’ JOKE AND WE’RE JUST NOT LAUGHING…The board need to get it sorted and quickly.

Please stop blaming the manager. I agree this isnt the usual Spurs start, usually you can’t string 2 wins together now you cant win at all. If all you Spurs supporters were a bit more reserved instead of mouthing off before the start of every season you wouldn’t get so much stick. Maybe someone should tell ramos the aim of this season was to qualify for the Champions League not the Championship!
billiospur - October 20th, 2008 at 5:51 pm
not only ramos has made error
billiospur - October 20th, 2008 at 5:53 pm
we need to stabilize our game
Gary - October 20th, 2008 at 6:01 pm
You need a goalscorer and a load of players who are going to get stuck in instead of worrying if their hair is out of place.
drevlyuchenko - October 20th, 2008 at 6:03 pm
One word, consistancy. who’s to say that if someone else comes in they won’t keep leading us down the wrong route. He came out saying that he wants to get us out of the root. So for me that show a bit of loyalty, no manager wants to do bad. I was glad to see that there are still some spurs fans out there who stick by there team throught the good times and the bad. So for all you spurs fans out there who think a quick fix by getting him axed will do us any good, to you i say your all a joke. unless you have big money like man city or a big rep like man u, which manager will bring big names to our beloved club. Cos right about now i cant think of anyone. We just need to hope that our teams does well in the uefa cup, grow some confidence and star kicking ass in the league.
Tottenham Til I Die!!

Ian - October 20th, 2008 at 7:16 pm
Six Words No Chance! I have supported Spurs all my life and I have never seen such a shambles.
In my opinion the main problem is down to leadership on the pitch and quite frankly we don’t have any! Its time the players took a good look at themselves and I don’t mean in the mirror to see if their hair looks nice! What is this bloody hair clip thing, its a disgrace!
I don’t think we should panic yet but we clearly have a problem, we need to pull together and support Ramos, to sack him now would be another mistake. All our players should be proud to wear the Spurs shirt and should be prepared give everything for the cause!!
Unfortunately, at the moment many of the current players don’t seem to have what it takes to get us out of this mess they are more concerned what their hair looks like for the TV cameras!
I’m afraid lads the time has come to get stuck in! Otherwise you will be playing in the Championship and you won’t be able to afford to get your hair done!!
Spurs Forever
