This Blackburn Rovers man was once a player who was the subject of numerous bids from ‘bigger’ clubs, but has fallen off the radar somewhat recently. According to this source, Redknapp wants to make an offer Paul Ince can’t refuse.
Morten Gamst Pedersen could become one of Harry Redknapp’s first signings at Tottenham Hotspur if Blackburn Rovers accept an offer of £8million. (fansfc.com)
I believe that if Harry wants Pedersen and can get the Norwegian international for that price, then it would be a bargain in today’s market. He is a great set-piece taker, has the pace to beat a man and offers more creativity going forward that could benefit the north London club. The left-sided player is still only 27, so still has a lot to offer and if Blackburn are receptive to such a bid, then I think the new boss should make the move.
Do Tottenham fans think that this would be a useful move for the club to make, or is two years too late?
