Emmanuel Adebayor’s future at Arsenal remains in doubt.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal insiders still fear Adebayor could yet leave at the end of the season, after agitating for a move all last summer.
Real Madrid are being linked with Togo international Adebayor.(tribalfootball.com)
Could the club afford to let the Togolese striker leave? Well that’s an interesting question. If the club has a fully-fit Eduardo and RVP, then they would make one hell of a combination but Nicklas Bendtner must be on one of his last chances now?! There is of course the excellent Carlos Vela to add into the mix. A great many Arsenal fans are still angry with Adebayor about his actions in the summer, and would the fans be hugely disappointed if the club managed to get the £25m rumoured to be offered by the La Liga champions? Do Gunners fans think that if the club is indeed offered a decent sum for Emmanuel, they should take the cash?

Arsene Wenger should offload him before the season starts. He should swap him with Eto’o + 15million as offered by Barcelona. I don’t think he will get that chance again. He really has lost it for us. Now, 25million for “Adebayor the piece of useless shitte” is a good bargain. He must offload him for godsake. But he must buy a experience, quality, established, strong, pacey, more determined & of course a good finisher. I would love if he buy back our Thierry Henry. This real king of Arsenal can still play at the highest level for another 2-3 years & can show our striker’s on how to put the ball into the net accordingly. He can be our quality striker’s coach in the future as well. The deal can be struck like this, Swap Diarra + 12million for Adebayor. Use the 12million to get Thierry Henry back to Arsenal. That’s all.
Cheers
