Arsenal supporters: Should William Gallas retain the captain’s armband after his recent rant? VOTE NOW!

So we’ve all heard Arsenal’s Williams Gallas wax poetic recently about his trials and tribulations while at the London club. He’s mad as hell and he’s not going to take it anymore! I’d be mad as well if I had lost to Stoke and Aston Villa; regardless, he should be a bit more professional when speaking to the media.

“When, as captain, some players come up to you and talk to you about a player … complaining about him … and then during the match you speak to this player and the player in question insults us, there comes a time where we can no longer comprehend how this can happen. I am trying to defend myself a bit without giving names. Otherwise I’m taking it all [the blame]. It’s very frustrating. I’m 31, the player is six years younger than me.” (Telegraph)

So, yeah, Gallas doesn’t seem to have a filter on that mouth of his. This isn’t the first time he’s been in the new recently. From smoking a fag during the season to popping off on his team-mates, Gallas has really turned the club into his own media circus this year.

We want to know if Arsenal supporters think he should retain the captain’s armband for the rest of the season? Vote NOW in the comment box below!
