Who ya got? Predict the WINNER of the Liverpool/Fulham match!
by offsidetrap on November 22nd, 2008 10 commentsSaturday brings a massive slate of tasty Premier League matches for one and all! We’re looking for the COS commentariat to give us their thoughts and predictions on today’s critical match between Liverpool and Fulham.
No Steven Gerrard, no problem. That should be Liverpool’s motto when they take the pitch tomorrow against Fulham. The club that once relied on Gerrard for his magic has now become a club built on self-reliance. Even without Gerrard, Liverpool still get the welcoming news that Fernando Torres will feature in the starting XI today. That coupled with their recent strong form should have the Anfield outfit more than prepared when they welcome Fulham.
Fulham are having a bit of a resurgence after last season’s draining relegation battle. The Cottagers found a way to take the air out of Harry Redknapp’s sails, handing the new Spurs manager his first loss since he took over for Juande Ramos. Roy Hodgson will rely heavily on new transfer signing Andy Johnson and his recent turn of form. The former Everton striker has propelled the London of late, and could play a critical role against the always tough Liverpool back line.
So who ya got? Are you taking Liverpool or Fulham? Give us your scoreline and goalscorers below.

Liverpool will win this one and I feel that again we will play great football, so I am going for 4-1. Torres to get 2 goals, 1 from Keane and another scorcher from Alonso. Fulham will pull one back through Danny Murphy near the 75min(just because he’s an old red ok).
As I am in a predictive mood the lottery numbers are 4, 14, 21, 27, 33, 36,
Enjoy the game, it should be a cracker

what a shit game, liverpool were shocking, clearly missed gerrard- lucas was crap.mash quiet, alonso good when he came on, kuyt looked tired, riera jaded and gave the ball away too much which he usually never does, torres ok, keane wasteful, suprisingly aurelio was my man of the match, much improved preformance from him.

Shouldn’t there be an article on this site to point out the disgraceful behaviour of Man U and Chelsea as it relates to England. The same players who were so injured to show up for England in mid-week played yeaterday, expect I think Rio F. United had Rooney for the whole game, Chelsea had lampard, and Ashley and Joe Cole playing, and yet they were supposed to be crocked.
I saw all sorts of articles trying to take a dig between a rift between Liverpool and Fabio because they made Gerrard travel, but they don’t seem to be speaking up about the Man U and Chelsea back stabbing? I would write the main article, however, I am not sure how I do that.
