Well it was on the cards and now its official!
Roy Keane has left his position as manager of Sunderland.
Sunderland confirmed the exit of Keane on Thursday, with players and staff at the Stadium of Light also informed after a morning of speculation.
The Black Cats are 18th in the Premier League and have lost five of their last six games.

After a series of poor results Roy Keane has decided to fall on his sword (not literally) and quit the Stadium of Light. The all too honest former Man United battler hasn’t appeared to be happy with his lot for a while and after the incredible 4-1 defeat at home to Bolton his face said it all. So Black Cats fans, who do you want to see take over? Sam Allardyce (joke)?
