Want to hear the Chelsea chief executive get a hoax call about the manager’s job?
by stresster on February 13th, 2009 1 commentPeter Kenyon probably wasn’t expecting to hear from Steve Staunton about the vacant Chelsea manager’s job this week, although someone who sounded suspiciously like the former Republic of Ireland manager got through to the chief executive at Stamford Bridge!
Dublin radio station FM104 tried, tried and tried again to speak with Kenyon, finally managing to get through and offer their services as a permanent replacement for Phil Scolari. One of the guys at the station impersonated Steve Staunton, although the Chelsea chief executive handles it pretty well to be fair.
