Gunners boss Wenger is also preparing to sell off his unsettled striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
And Italian clubs AC Milan and Juventus are both interested in signing former captain William Gallas.
But Eboue is the surprise name as a potential departure after the Ivory Coast utility man recovered from being jeered by Arsenal fans earlier in the season.

When Emmanuel Adebayor was not named in Arsenal‘s last two match squads it seemed to be the final nail in his Gunners coffin and it does seem an exit is on the cards for the Togolese man but the fate of these other two players were less clear.
William Gallas obviously lost the captaincy of the club and a series of bizarre on field rants and off field musings left him at odds with the rest of the club but his abscence from the first team since early April has been felt at the back and the club failed to cope without the Frenchman.
Emmanuel Eboue was a victim of the boo boys in the stands after a series of hugely poor performances but in recent weeks he has won back the support of the crowd and appeared to have turned over a new leaf and it is therefore unusual that he is now once again being linked with a move away from the club.
Eboue/Adebayor/Gallas to leave Arsenal: It seems most likely that Gallas and Ade-pay me more will go but i think that the Ivorian will stick it out and fight for a regular first team berth at the Emirates.
