Reo-Coker has lost his first-team place at Aston Villa and has been forced to fill-in at fullback on occasion. As a result, he is thought to be increasingly unsettled at Villa Park and may look to establish a more regular position elsewhere. Everton would give him the same platform as the Brummies at the top-ish end of the Premiership and he would be a talented addition to the Everton middle.

Nigel Reo-Coker always looks subdued and sometimes closed to tears when he is in action. His career at Villa Park has stumbled somewhat but that has been mainly down to being played out of position, most disastrously at full back. Maybe it is time for the former West Ham man to attempt a new challenge?
Everton may feel they need some more steel in the midfield to go along side the silky smooth skills of Mikel Arteta? Reo-Coker was talked of as a future England regular but he has fallen well down the pecking order and may see a move to Goodison Park as the kind of deal that could be a catalyst for change but the sticking issue could be the valuation placed on the 25 year old.
Martin O’Neill forked out a hefty £8.5m for his services less than two years ago but the Toffees aren’t exactly a club with money to burn so would probably only offer in the region of £5m but that may well be enough to convince the midlands club to sell as NRC is by no means a regular.
Reo-Coker to Everton: Its a move that could suit all parties so i rate this one as about 50/50.
