Roman Pavlyuchenko is one of the players Stuttgart have considered as a replacement for Mario Gomez, according to their director of sport Horst Heldt.
The Tottenham forward would become a serious option should Stuttgart fail in their bid to sign Demba Ba from Bundesliga rivals Hoffenheim, Heldt revealed to the Stuttgarter Nachrichten newspaper.

I would imagine that if Roman Pavyluchenko had anything to say on the matter he would like to prove to Harry Redknapp that he can indeed cut it in the Premier League but it seems increasingly unlikely the Russian will get a chance to stake his claim as he is hawked out to the highest bidder.
