Don’t understand how messi is ranked higher than players like ronaldinho, kilnsman thierry henry. Don’t get me wrong i think messi is a great player but he is only 22 years old. He hasnt achieved as many great things as any of these player when in their prime. Surely if its based on how well he did last season Gerrard should be in this list.

I want to know how they compiled this players past and present can’t be compared they were playing totally different games. Great as they were Best, Cruyff and the rest couldn’t deal with the pace of the modern game and a lot of the current players couldn’t deal with the old game although I would love to see Ronaldo go up against some proper old school English defence like Adams, Butcher and Psycho, he mght have the tricks but if they caught him he wouldn’t need to dive.
