Turkish giants look to snap up utility man!
Besiktas are lining up a triple raid on the Premier League for Roman Pavlyuchenko, Yossi Benayoun and Louis Saha.
And Denizli will also test the water for Liverpool’s Yossi Benayoun, the 29-year-old winger who has also been linked to Barcelona.

With all that has been going on with the on/off movements surrounding midfielders Javier Mascherano and Xabi Alonso this summer it seems that Israeli Yossi Benayoun’s desire to get some clarifications on his Liverpool future have been put on the back burner, and you can’t blame Rafa for having more pressing issues at hand but things could come to a head in the coming weeks as clubs line up to offer the adaptable hard working winger a chance at regular first team football.
Benitez has apparently assured Benayoun that he is part of his long term plans but just how certain can the former West Ham man be that he won’t be used as merely a squad player or injury cover? The 29 year old has continually been quoted as wanting to insure his future with one big payday, either in the form of a long term contract at Anfield or with a potential move elsewhere.
Clearly he is a player who loves the club and in his two seasons on Merseyside he has more than showed what he is capable of. He is a determined customer who scores vital goals but is he a player who is likely to be a name consistently added to the starting eleven team sheet, and if not, how can he be appeased and persuaded to stay at the title chasers?
Benayoun to leave Liverpool: I think Yossi will stay at Anfield but should probably be rewarded with more first team starts to avoid potentially unsettling a very useful player.
