Wenger ups his offer for this impressive Serie A man
Philippe Senderos: Could be on his way back to Italy?
ARSENAL are willing to offer Fiorentina Emmanuel Eboue and Philippe Senderos as part of their bid to sign Felipe Melo.
But they are refusing to meet Melo’s £21.5million release clause and face competition from Juventus. Atletico Madrid are interested in Eboue, while both Bordeaux and Paris St Germain are considering £6m moves for Senderos.

Arsene Wenger wants Felipe Melo that seems pretty clear, and it does seem that the Italian club are very much up for cashing in on the Brazilian who was one of the plus points of Brazil’s stuttering run to Confederations Cup glory, now it seems Arsenal are willing to offer another of their squad players into the mix.
Fiorentina already indicated their desire to pick up under fire utility player Emmanuel Eboue in any deal that would see Melo move to the Emirates, but now the north London club, eager to not break the bank, are offering Philippe Senderos into the bargain and it’s a move that could well seal the deal.
The Swiss centre back has his detractors but on his day he is a very stable and able determined customer, it’s because he does his job with a minimum of fuss that he is often branded a donkey but clearly AC Milan thought he had something which is why they took him on a season long loan last term. Surely Senderos would jump at a move back to Serie A after his San Siro adventure.
Senderos & Eboue in swap deal: Could well be the deal the Florence club were looking for.
