Arsenal Set for S**T £40m Player Swap Offer: Are Barcelona Insane!

The Rumour
Barcelona are ready to offer Alexander Hleb a return to Arsenal in their bid to sign Cesc Fabregas.
The European champions are deciding between making either Fabregas or Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery their major summer recruit.
Ribery, 26, appears to be Barca’s financial reach, though they are on the verge of boosting their coffers with the sale of Samuel Eto’o to Manchester City.
They believe they can get Fabregas for less than the reported £40million price-tag and are considering offering Hleb and versatile former Chelsea player Eidur Gudjohnsen in part exchange.

The Analysis
I am a straight talking guy and I say it how I see it, and this is just plain crap! If Barcelona have really made such an offer then they need their collective heads examined. Firstly Arsenal will not sell Cesc Fabregas, not for a good few years at least, Secondly given the manner in which the La Liga side have behaved over the whole affair I would imagine Wenger would rather sell his captain to Spurs than consider dealing with odious Nou Camp President Juan Laporta.
So why then would the Champions League winners then think that by offering a former Gunner, and a Judas one at that, and an ageing Icelandic international would somehow make the Emirates boss cave in to their demands, it really is insane!
I think its back to drawing board for whoever dreamt up this war crime of a player swap or better yet why don’t the Spanish side just stop unsettling the club in the search of yet another north London capture!

i just don’t understand fabregas, or barcelona…. ok barcelona maybe, xavi is 29 and so fab might come in to??? will fab then play as a defensive midfielder instaed of Yaya??, i mean i just don’t don’t understand where he will play?? inesta + Xavi + Yaya is prob the best midfield arouind at the moment, ( i think yaya is better than mascherano), why get someone who will disturb that????… if i were barcelona make an agreement to get him in a couple of years time.
Now whey does fabregas want to play in a team that he won’t really get that many games in?, he’s better going to madrid surely???..
