Gotta go with baggins there would buy the shirt if it was sponsored by fred west patio’s myself but do appreciate that if this was a problem to muslim supporters would have cost us revenue so can only be good i mean there can’t be many ppl that morally against a bank don’t think it says in the bible thou shalt not use an atm!

to anon 8:26pm where do you get your wages paid if your so anti-banks and don’t beleive in them? i don’t beleive in any god christian or muslim but i would still wear a liverpool shirt even if it was sponsored by ‘jesus and allah ltd’ its the club i support not the sponsor (and i am not trying to have a dig at any religion either i mean no offence) and surely by buying the shirt then duct taping it you’ve already gone against your principles, but it’ll just mean your some one who has got messed up principles and looks a dick instead of just having principles and been a dick

I am a world citizen and I will not be buying a new Liverpool shirt as they are sponsored by a BANK… who just so happened to cause the entire credit crunch we are experiencing.

I therefore have real problems with advertising them in this manner.

I will only be buying one if I’m allowed to put duct tape over their dreadful name. Why didnt muslim fans do this with carlsburg – and are you actually allowed to support Liverpool – i.e. a team funded by alcohol? Not having a pop, just interested in knowing the rules and what you can and can’t do

From a muslim liverpool supporter i think liverpool will generate more shirt sales with the new sponsor and finally end our premier league title drought
