A message to a deluded mercenary.

Emmanuel Adebayor insists he ‘can’t regret’ stamping on Robin van Persie because he did not intend to hurt his former Arsenal team-mate and says the abuse he received from Gunners fans forced him to reach breaking point.
The Football Association have hit Adebayorwith a three-match ban for violent conduct following an incident in Manchester City‘s 4-2 win over Arsenal last weekend.
Adebayor caught Van Persie in the head during the second half, but continues to protest his innocence by stressing he did not intend to hurt his ex-strike partner.
He claims some of his old team-mates did not shake his hand before kick-off, commenting: “There were players from Arsenal who refused to shake my hand before the match.
“I don’t want to give you their names – that is not my style – but there’s more than one of them.
“My friends, like Eboue, were fine with me. They are decent people. But I could not understand some of the Arsenal players being disrespectful towards me.” (Sky Sports)
OK Emmanuel, do you at least understand why the fans hate you? Or are you really that deluded? Now I have never met Mr. Adebayor and it’s always a little unwise to judge someone on the basis of what you read and what you hear but just the attitude he oozes whilst on the pitch irks me so I can only imagine how much worse I would feel if I had to spend anytime with the man. This is what I would probably tell him if I ever had a chance to speak my mind, I would add that I wouldn’t resort to obscenities simply because It would be a waste of my energy to do so, I would simply state the facts as I see them.
So how about this for a reason Arsenal fans do not like you.
Arsene Wenger purchased you and put a lot of time, effort and expense making you a pretty damn decent player, you then when had one really good season and felt you deserved a HUGE pay rise, and when you didn’t get quite what you wanted you tried to get yourself transfered to a club who would pay you an obscene amount of money, that failed. You then spent the best part of a year throwing a strop and displayed even less energy and effort on the field of play than you usually do and essentially were a disgrace to the club that had made you what you are. Perhaps the most galling thing though is the fact that you steadfastly refuse to take responsibility for your actions. Hell I am sure that if Ashley Cole was pressed into the situation even he would admit he was in the wrong for ‘accidentally’ meeting Chelsea’s big brass in a hotel.
Seriously Emmanuel, if you came out and owned up to the wrongs you have done to our great club then you would probably get a hell of a lot of respect, but I feel it is highly unlikely you will ever do so.
