Tracked by clubs like Everton or Chelsea, the International Beninese PSG, Stéphane Sessegnon could eventually soar to Arsenal. The Benin had scratched around the lower strata of the French football leagues up until last term when PSG brought him in from over achieving side Le Mans and now it appears he ahs set himself a target to move on once again with a move to the Premier League being his preferred choice.

After five years in France one can understand why the midfield playmaker is eager to try out a new challenge and the £11m rated star is sure to be on the Emirates radar.
