What I don’t understand is how the referee allowed the goal as it is very clear in the Laws of the game that if a goal is scored from an object or person who is not part of the field or game, then it is disallowed and a drop ball is given to restart play, where the incident occurred. Are the EPL and their officials using another set of Laws and is FIFA/the UEFA are of this? Liverpool should lodge an official protest!

Look with all the video replays it is clear the balloon was off side so the goal should not have been given, saying that for a free transfer he was a good signing.
