A trio of Premiership clubs are potentially lining up a bid for Milan misfit Klass-Jan Huntelaar, according to reports.
The Dutchman was the Rossoneri’s big summer signing, but has struggled to adapt to Italy and Serie A since leaving Real Madrid.
Now, according to sources in Italy, three English outfits are pondering an offer for the Dutch international.
Tottenham, Manchester United and Birmingham are all being associated with a swoop of about £13m.
Huntelaar had an outstanding scoring record in his homeland, especially during a spell with Dutch giants Ajax.
However, a January move to Real didn’t work out and he was shipped out in the summer after being deemed as surplus to requirements. (Football Italia)
Arsenal linked with Dutchman before he opted for AC Milan move.

There is no denying that Arsenal need no help in the goalscoring department as such but perhaps they could be tempted by making a move for another striker given that a great percentage of their current goals tally come from their midfield and who wouldn’t want to see RVP alongside his compatriot in a Gunners shirt?
Klaas Jan Huntelaar has had a bad time of it at the San Siro and is yet to score for the club and now finds himself further down the pecking order wondering why he ever left Ajax at all.
Arsene Wenger is known to be a fan of the former Real Madrid forward and given that AC Milan are reportedly in some financial difficulty (which seems amazing given the £56m they got for Kaka in the summer) perhaps the Emirates outfit could put in a sneaky bid to add even more meat to their attack.

Yeah that might work. RVP is the man and I have a lot of time for Eduardo but Bendtner has worked better when out wide on his cameo appearances and Vela may well leave so perhaps another option would make sense.

yes I support the motion which says Mr wenger should go for a Real goal machine like huntelaar.

How would Huntelaar fit in the 4-3-3 formation alongside Van Persie? Van Persie isn’t going to play out wide so Huntelaar would end up on the bench. Plus his general link-up play is appalling… would be a waste of money.

Huntelaar has not made an impact in any squad he has played for since he has left Ajax. Chamack is a significantly more talented player, and Bolotelli is already a better striker being 3 yrs his junior at a similar price range. both, with alot more to their game that a poke or being in the right place at the right time. The reason Huntelaar has ailed at Milan, Real, and now being drowned out of an ever more pacy and technical national team is because his game lacks technicality. he is very 1-dimensional, and is very predictable for defenders.
At 13 million, he’s a waste. he’s a 7 million striker at most, and doesnt look like he’ll ever be more than just that. He’s not better than bendtner, Eduardo, or arshavin. and for 13 million, when arshavin was worth 15 and eduardo for 9 million. the mention of Huntelaar and arsenal is a joke.
Balotelli is the replacement you should be concerned with, and he is raw talent and alot more like Van persie that most people think when he just arrived(Hot headed, impatient, and a trouble maker). in the mold of Henry and Anelka when they first arrived, very rough around the edges, Balotelli fits the mold of the next great Arsenal striker, his potential seems limitless.

Fail.
We have plenty of options and Huntelaar is shit.
Chamakh is free.
But, we have plenty of strikers.

why would we do this, there is no need for strickers, this is perhaps the only area of the park where none can doubt our depth. with the highest average numbers of goal of game at 3.27 scoring is not the wissue, we need the depth defensively vermaelen and gallas have been solid, however in the case of an injury we dont have much considering silvestre is not a man to rely on at his age. also cover is needed for aex song who has been superb this year, diaby clearly struggles for sonsistancy

Yet more crap from you clowns.Do you even bother thinking about this stuff before making it up.!!

I think for 8 million I would snap him up. He’s strong powerful, and has a good finish. He may not be technical, but RVP,Eduardo and Arshavin are all technicall players, Bendtner is the only big guy with power, with Huntelaar coming into the equation, they are 5 of the most powerful and technicall players ?
Why Not?
We can sell him on for 9 mill at least.

lol caughtwanking i like that

Wenger has a knack of rejouvinating players to their best potential, but do we have the time or resource this year, he should never have gone to real, we could do with a loan quality DM, perhaps for a few monthes with a view to purchase. Problem is we are better with the ball on the ground still. Now that adybarndoor has gone we rarely want to play the long hi 50% controlable ball. Better with it on the floor. Only occaslional 1m dollar long pass. Possession is key from back to front. And that starts with keeper distribution.

probably chose the rumor for balotelli by far. this is a no no let him be another teams problem. balotelli i can see him becoming a long lasting legend huntellar well just become a big headache use the 13 mill for balotelli and gai and perhaps the “new drogba” they are worth investment

Sign Huntelaar! Great striker!
How many goals did he score for Real Madrid?? 8 goals in 20 matches ??
and didn’t even played fulltime!! AC Milan will not work for Huntelaar, not his type of game.
Go to Manchester, be the new RVN!!
