i have a quaestion i understand where citys money comes from , but what about spurs , they alwaqys seem to have a fair whack of cash to spend, they certainly equal our spending, we have to sell to buy, or consider loan options

i d love steven defour in our squad, i d like jovetic also, and kjaer and micah richards, these players ought to be affordable to usunderstandably the agueros and eto o and messis wont be so we need to uncover these guys at a young age, and i m hoping our youth scouts are at all the underage world competitions because by watching these i could hae picked at least ten players who have gone on to make it big, starting wiht the ireland u 18 team and daien duff many mooons ago , you can watch some kids and just know these kids are gonna be big players, through to di maria , outstripped everyone at the last olympic games, right to the current nigeria u 17 squad with…sani emmanuel getting five goals in the last u17 world cup coming frm the bench, this could save us an absolute fortune and make us a mint

and its time pachecho became yossi s understudy, there ought to be this understudy buddy system at work, i mean the senior players could and prob do help these youngsters loads, but i mean involving them more, like a buddy system, pair them up as partners where they take specific time together working on their development, i m sure the youngsters would love appreciate and very much benefit from words of advice from players they admire, plus it would bring greater bonds between first teamers and the youngsters coming through, torres had ngog , nemeth kuyt yossi pachecho, keelly carragher, spearing mascherano and so on, and i d be playng the first team against the kids a lot in training to teach them the level they have to reach first handfor me thats the way to get them to premiership level, i wonder how long it would take before the reserve or youthful team gota result againstthe first team, either way they would certainly improve.

we should be buying at least three players form the nigeria u17 team. especially the left back and two cnetral strikers, they were brilliant
